“When I started training with Carlos, I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life. My primary goal was to lose weight. With Carlos’ help, I lost over 55lbs of fat mass over the course of a year and added 20 pounds of muscle mass. After reaching my weight loss goal, I became interested in running and obstacle course races. Carlos helped me train for a half marathon and four Tough Mudders. Currently, I been focusing on traditional strength training.
